Health rebounding is an AMAZING all inclusive low impact form of exercise. It is kind on the joints and suitable for everyone from young to old (and every fitness ability).
The list of health benefits are endless! You really are getting a WHOLE body workout when you rebound.

Rebounding is a gentle yet powerful way to support the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in detoxification, immune health and fluid balance. Unlike the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system has no pump of its own and relies on muscle contractions and changes in pressure to move lymph fluid through the body. The soft, rhythmic bouncing creates repeated cycles of weightlessness and gravity, stimulating lymph flow and helping to move waste products, toxins and excess fluid toward the organs for elimination. For those who have had lymph nodes removed, rebounding may help reduce the risk of lymphoedema. Even short, low-impact sessions can enhance circulation, reduce stagnation and support immune resilience, making rebounding an accessible and effective daily practice for lymphatic drainage and whole-body vitality.

Rebounding jumpstarts your metabolism and is proven to be more effective in burning calories than jogging. Rebounding achieves the higher calorie burn because as you bounce your body needs to work harder to push down into the mat, then then jump up out of the mat. This continual bouncing movement creates G-Force that causes your exercising body weight to be heavier (up to 3.24 times than normal), which in turn causes your body to burn more calories, more quickly and so aids very effective weight loss.
Rebounding helps to strengthen the bladder and pelvic floor and improve posture/balance. It also increases bone density and muscle strength. As we age it is vital for us to work on all of these elements of health!
Rebounding supports the immune system and strengthens every cell in your body (not just your muscular skeletal system, but your internal organs too). It has been known as the Hangover Workout! – as it eliminates toxins more effectively than any other form of exercise and it only takes two minutes of rebounding to flush the entire lymphatic system, while cleansing and strengthening cells and lymph nodes. Not only does it support cellular activity, it also encourages mitochondria production.

With one rebounder you have all your exercise needs covered. Not only are they a powerhouse for the wellness benefits, they are also great fun.
