Are Consultations Online?

Yes all consultations are done by Zoom. You will receive a link in your booking confirmation email. 

 

Questionnaires

During the New Client consultation we will do a full health assessment, medical, health and family history, and make any dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations and advise on any testing if necessary.  Prior to this appointment you will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire other resources, which will need to be completed and returned a week before your appointment.​

 

PLEASE NOTE – We cannot analyse testing from other DNA companies, but please do send us any recent blood tests or any tests that you have ordered via my website.

I Haven't Used Your Services Before, Where Do I Start?

Do You Take Clients Both In The UK & Worldwide?

Yes, we are happy to help anyone, in any location, whether in the UK or overseas, provided you have a good WIFI connection and a laptop, iPad, or phone.

What Do I do if I Need To Reschedule Or Cancel My Appointment?

Please note that we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. If you fail to turn up for the appointment, we will not be able to fill your space, it will be lost revenue, and no refund will be offered. We hope you understand. Overseas Clients & Time Zones

All of our online services are available to clients all over the world. Please note that all appointments are in your local time zone.

Do You Convert Into Local Currency On Booking?

No. Our sessions are all priced in GBP. You will need to use a currency convertor to calculate the current exchange rate and work out the cost that way.
