I like to describe myself as a wellbeing catalyst, here to help you start a lifestyle upgrade; providing you with a toolkit of resources to build skills & develop, improving all areas of your life.

While conventional medicine often focuses on disease management, health coaching focuses on addressing underlying causes & symptoms. Health Coaches aim to get to the root cause of health concerns, helping prevent disease, and ultimately improve quality of life.

Health Coaches are not competing with doctors & mainstream medicine. We aim to complement it with emotional help & support through diagnosis, on both the illness & healing journey.

Getting to the root cause of health issues isn't always easy, as multiple factors contribute to ongoing symptoms & disease. I use a holistic approach, focusing on the mind, body medicine connection & amongst other aspects, I will be looking at your current lifestyle habits, health history, symptoms & goals.
Lifestyle interventions really do have a significant role to play in healthy ageing & disease prevention.

Change can be something unwanted, or something you choose. Change can be uncertain & disorientating. I will support & guide you through uncertain times, helping you find your way. When receiving recommendations from healthcare providers such as doctors, clients are often overwhelmed, intimidated, & confused about how to make sense of them & where to being. I help clients understand these recommendations & translate them into sustainable shifts in their lifestyle. I encourage participation in treatment & the move from being passive to proactive in their health.

A health crisis, such as cancer, can be turned into a path of new beginnings. With time, the right support & mentoring, you can find the way. By negotiating barriers & nurturing what is effective, I can help inspire you.
