The Release, Regulate & Restore Method
About
This is a gentle, body-led approach to stress relief, nervous system regulation and emotional release.
It is a 6-week 1:1 support journey, designed to help you feel calmer, steadier and more at home in your body. This is not about pushing through, fixing yourself, or learning to “cope better”. It’s about working with your nervous system — not against it — so your body can release stress, settle and begin to feel safe again.
Many people live in a constant state of overwhelm without realising it. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, fatigue, tension, poor sleep, emotional reactivity or a sense of being disconnected from yourself.
This work is especially supportive if you:

You don’t need to have prior experience with any of the techniques used and everything is introduced slowly, safely and at your pace.
The Release, Regulate & Restore Programme blends evidence-informed and body-based practices that support the nervous system and emotional regulation, along with compassionate coaching to help you integrate these tools into daily life.

The Three R's​

We begin by gently RELEASING what the body has been holding. Through fascial unwinding and gentle rebounding, we support the release of:

Once release begins, REGULATION becomes essential. I use HeartMath and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to gently release emotional stress and overwhelm, this supports emotional regulation and nervous system coherence encouraging:

Regulation allows the body to integrate change rather than becoming overwhelmed. With regulation in place, the body can RESTORE. This phase supports:

Restoration is where the nervous system learns that it no longer needs to stay on high alert. As your nervous system releases, regulates and restores, something deeper happens. New neural pathways begin to form — pathways associated with:

You leave with a personal toolkit you can return to again and again — not just during the programme, but for life.

This work is body-led, non-invasive and paced by your nervous system — nothing is forced or relived.​

How the Programme Works
The programme runs over 6 weeks, with one 75-minute 1:1 session per week.
Each session follows a gentle structure:

Between sessions, you’ll be supported with optional home practices that take as little as 5–15 minutes and are designed to fit into real life.

Understanding your personal stress response and how it shows up for you.
Week 3 – Emotional Release
Gently releasing held emotional stress without overwhelm or re-traumatisation.
Week 4 – Body Integration
Helping the nervous system stabilise and integrate after release.
Week 5 – Regulation in Real Life
Applying nervous system tools to relationships, work and daily stress.
Week 6 – Integration & Forward Plan
Building confidence, autonomy and a sustainable personal regulation plan.
