How Many Sessions Will I Need?​

 

This is a completely personalised programme, & the time you spend with me will be driven by

YOUR BIO-INDIVIDUAL needs.​ There really is no 'one size fits all', so we will discuss your requirements in detail during your initial consultation.

This is not a quick fix.  Making changes to your outlook, tweaking your diet, creating new habits, thoughts & processes all take time & commitment.  We start by focusing of the first couple of steps (not the entire staircase), which ensures the process is not overwhelmihng.

The science backed 21/90 rule, states that it takes 21 days to make a habit & 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change, where the magic really happens. Therefore, dedicating 6 sessions to move you forward is a wise investment.  You can choose to have them weekly, or fortnightly, depending on what you prefer.
