A wellness consultation designed to help you to reset and gain clarity around your health.

During this 75-minute session we explore the key foundations of wellbeing; including nutrition, sleep, movement and lifestyle. Providing you with practical steps to support your energy and long-term health.

For those seeking deeper support and personalised guidance, my coaching programmes provide a structured space to create meaningful and sustainable changes to your health and lifestyle.

Over three or six months, we explore the key pillars of wellbeing: nutrition, sleep, movement, nervous system regulation and daily habits; helping you build a lifestyle that supports long-term energy, balance and resilience.  These programmes offer ongoing mentorship, accountability and support, tailored to your individual goals, lifestyle and stage of life.

My retreats and workshops create space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your body and nervous system.

Through a blend of movement, nervous system regulation practices, breath-work, and restorative offerings, these experiences support deep relaxation, emotional reset and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

Private or small group movement sessions designed to support lymphatic flow, nervous system regulation and overall vitality.

Combining gentle rebounding, somatic movement, breath-work and restorative practices to help the body release tension, improve circulation, build strength and restore balance.
