High polyphenol olive oil (EVOO) has been scientifically proven health benefits. Consuming just1 tablespoon per day as part of your diet will help:
Heart health: EVOO is high in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs), which can increase levels of "good" cholesterol (HDL) and lower levels of "bad" cholesterol (LDL). EVOO's antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties may also help reduce plaque buildup in arteries.
Brain function: It may help promote brain function. The antioxidants in Evoo can help protect your brain from oxidative damage, supporting cognitive health and potentially reducing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
Cancer protection: It may help protect against certain types of cancer.
Bone health: EVOO's antioxidants may help increase bone density by preventing bone breakdown and boosting bone growth.
Gut health: It can help stimulate the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and reduce bad ones.
Digestion: EVOO can help facilitate gastric and hepatic function, and regulate intestinal function.
Inflammation: EVOO's antioxidants, including olecanthal, have powerful anti-inflammatory properties which help calm chronic inflammation in the body.
Oleic Acid & Insulin Resistance: The primary fatty acid in EVOO, has been found to improve insulin sensitivity. Oleic acid can modulate genes involved in insulin signalling and glucose metabolism, potentially helping to reduce insulin resistance. The result is better blood sugar control and a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes.

EVOO is amazing, and I have at least 1 tablespoon per day. Whether used in a recipe, such as sautéed veggies, or in my salad dressings. Sometimes, I will just glug a spoonful whilst on the run. I recommend either the Governor EVOO or November EVOO
