​This is a gentle, body-led 1:1, or small group programme designed to support metabolic health,  blood sugar awareness and rebuild trust with food.  This is not a diet, a meal plan, or a weight‑loss programme.  It is compassionate coaching that helps you understand how your body responds to food, movement, stress and rhythm, so you can nourish yourself with confidence, consistency and ease.
